Introduction:

Hello and welcome to Indian River Artifacts, I am so glad you took the time to stop by and hope your visit here will be a most pleasant one. Over 40 years of collecting, studying, researching, purchasing and selling native American Indian artifacts has given me the ability to offer a quality service in every respect. As a word of introduction, I am Bill Craycraft, owner/operator of this web site, many of you already know me through various ways but mainly through my Ebay transactions where I have compiled a 100% positive feedback profile with near 1,000  transactions spanning at least eight years with the Ebay handle "billctwa".  I am a member of the AACA and Arrowpack and adhere strictly to their guidelines and by-laws. In years past I was extremely active in the Ohio Archaeological, Central States and the Artifacts societies and have had the opportunity to handle literally thousands of  authentic relics.

Please enjoy your visit here and return often as I am planning revisions to the the pages
on a 3 to 4 week basis. The relics I will be offering will be limited in number and, for the
most part, will be from Florida and the Ohio/Kentucky areas.  I will be mixing them to provide something of interest for most everyone that collects from these areas. Please

Pledge:
I will offer only authentic artifacts that are random finds and will never handle or deal in illegal, sensitive or interment related items. The underlying principle at Indian River
Artifacts is simply the application of the Golden Rule and treating customers right.
Your complete satisfaction is my ultimate goal.  All artifacts are fully and completely
authentic to the best of my knowledge and I will not be offering any repaired or altered artifacts of any kind.


Lay away Plan:
It is my wish to provide you with a method to own some nice, quality artifacts and I encourage you to use my layaway plan that enables you to complete purchases over an extended length of time with no interest at all. I do require a down payment of 20%
to layaway items and will be glad to hold them until final payment is made which can be
for a term of 90 days with payments being made any way you prefer as long as they are
at least 20% of the total price.  If you wish to use this plan, you must contact me promptly so I can place an immediate hold on any item(s) you are interested in and the down payment must be received by me within 10 days. If full payment is not made by the end of the 90 day period then the item(s) will be considered as abandoned property and will be returned to the inventory and offered for sale with no return of the initial down payment.


Acceptance and return Policy:
Many artifacts I will be listing will have Certificates of Authenticity already issued on them.
I have already paid to have these artifacts evaluated, furthermore, I have endeavored to
use what I consider to be only the very best of authenticators in the business for this purpose.  This in no way casts a shadow on the reputation  or abilities of other authenticating services  whom I assume are as equitable, rather, these are just the ones
I have preferred to use. Therefore, if you purchase an artifact from me that already
carries a Certificate of Authenticity, it will be fully understood that this Certificate will be
the final word on authenticity and by offering to purchase the artifact you are agreeing to the policy and terms as indicated on this page. I do offer a 15 day approval and return
policy in which returns may be made for any reason whatsoever with a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping charges, and providing the returned item(s) are in the exact same condition as sent. This should be sufficient time for you decide if you would like to add the item to your collection. If the item(s) you are purchasing do not already have a Certificate of Authenticity, and you would like to submit them to an authenticating service you will need to let me know within 15 days of purchase so that I can extend your time and for which I will be glad to offer you another 30 days which will provide a 45 day window for
this purpose.


Payment/shipping:
Payment may be made by personal or certified checks, money orders or credit card through PayPal.  I prefer to use only PayPal for Credit Card payments as it assures your complete privacy, no one ever sees your credit card numbers.  Please allow 7 full days
for personal checks to clear the bank before shipment of any item may be made.
Shipping will only be a flat $5.00 per parcel via USPS and will include delivery
confirmation. Insurance is required on all parcels valued at $200 and over and will be
at the buyers expense at the actual rate prescribed by the USPS. I WILL SHIP MULTIPLEPURCHASES FOR THE ONE SINGLE $5.00 fee.
